About the event

  • September 14th, 5:00-7:30pm: Join the Plymouth Area Sanctuary Community to view Acres of Clams, a 2025 historical documentary written, produced, and narrated by Eric Wolfe.

  • It chronicles the rise of the Clamshell Alliance, a grassroots New England coalition that protested the Seabrook Station nuclear power plant in New Hampshire during the 1970s.  A small group of "Clams" who participated will join us to lead a discussion about nonviolent, direct actions to challenge corporate and government interests.
